My partner Sean and I once saw a woman in a BMW SUV stall out just as she was about to turn into a gas station. She rushed out of a car to get a plastic fuel can filled up with just enough fuel so that she could finish turning into the gas station and drive to the pump to fill up the rest of the way. She had gone on way too long on empty.

What I teach people is simple and easy to put into practice but when stress hits your brain, it’s like capsizing during wild whitewater rafting. Getting right side up again requires something memorable enough that it’s going to cut through all the interference.
You will forget most everything that usually makes sense when you are stressed out. That is why I teach mindfulness and meditation. When it really counts, you need clarity to cut through. Burnout 101 is a creation of love I developed this workshop based on all the times and ways I have encountered stressful situations and helped others handle theirs. I initially shared this with people I collaborate with because I genuinely wanted to help them be on top of their game and succeed.
