Samin Nosrat has such a way of personalizing the experience of tasting food with her words. The way she describes food is the way I feel about food. It is a personal, intimate experience of engaging your senses in taste, texture, nature, and the world. When you understand food this way, food itself becomes another language you’ve learned to communicate love with. This is why people who love to eat and cook are the way they are. This is a fabulous series which I recommend and the book you see being in the process of creation during this series is also a delight.
